Ok here is how im going to approach this
1. Research: Break down the complete image into Modular assets and decide on the actual number of Unique assets. Research on lighting / post process effects.
2. Level Blocking: The entire level is gonna be constructed with simple blocks to check for scale and spacing between assets like the big table and chairs.
3. Modelling & Texturing: The assets will be modeled and textured very quickly since this is a 7 day challenge and the important thing is to finish the whole thing as best as i can.
4. UDK level Construction: All the assets will be placed inside UDK.
5. Lighting: Lighting is gonna be a challenge for this since i have never tried interior environments of any kind.
6. Post Process Effects: The post process tweaking for this level is gonna be awesome since it has a lot of bloom and has has a very unique color pallet.
So here is a rough Plan and schedule:
07/09/2011: Research & Level Blocking
08/09/2011 - 11/09/2011: Modelling & Texturing and UDK level Construction
12/09/2011 - 13/09/2011: Lighting
14/09/2011: Post Process Effects.
